Show Units on Display

Four unit types are presented at the showflat, chosen to span the range rather than to flatter one end of it:

1 Bedroom (Type 1BR1, 431 sqft): one bedroom, one bathroom. Living, dining and an open kitchen run as a single continuous space onto the balcony, with a hackable wall between the living area and the master bedroom. Two-zone induction hob, knob-control built-in oven, 60cm fridge freezer.
2 Bedroom (Type 2BR2, 667 sqft): two bedrooms, two bathrooms, drawn as a dumbbell layout with the bedrooms at opposite ends. Enclosable kitchen alcove separated from the dining space, two-zone induction hob, KOHLER fittings throughout and Cosentino quartz tops.
3 Bedroom Premium (Type 3BR P2, 1,238 sqft): three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a separate WC, and the largest of the three Premium layouts. A dedicated dry kitchen alongside a wet kitchen with direct access to the yard, the WC and the household shelter, plus a walk-in wardrobe provision in the master. Three-zone gas hob, digital panel oven, 70cm fridge freezer.
4 Bedroom Premium (Type 4BR P, 1,647 sqft): four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a separate WC, and the only layout in the development with a junior master bedroom carrying its own attached bathroom. Wide frontage balcony off a continuous living, dining and dry kitchen space. Three-zone gas hob, digital panel oven, and the only 90cm side-by-side fridge freezer in the development.

What to Expect at the One Marina Gardens Showflat

Photos and floor plans only tell part of the story. Seeing the SMEG appliances, KOHLER fittings and Cosentino quartz tops in person, walking the actual room dimensions against a 3.15 metre floor-to-floor height, and standing where the balcony will be makes the decision considerably easier than comparing drawings.

Our sales representatives will walk you through the One Marina Gardens project particulars and the location highlights of the Marina South precinct, and help you identify the most suitable floor plan layout for your household from the 29 individual layouts across the development. They will also talk through the actual financial commitment, including how the progressive payment schedule is staged through to the expected 30 April 2029 vacant possession date.

Two things are genuinely worth raising in person rather than reading about. The first is orientation: with the towers set at roughly 33 degrees to the site grid, most stacks carry a view on two faces, and which face you get toward Gardens by the Bay, toward the CBD skyline or toward the open sea is set by the stack rather than by the unit type. Bring a stack number if you already have one in mind. The second is the specification tiering, which does not follow bedroom count in the way most buyers expect. The 3 Bedroom Dual Key is fitted alongside the 1 and 2 Bedroom units rather than alongside the other 3 Bedroom types, and that is a great deal easier to understand standing in front of two kitchens than reading a table.
